Have you ever had a recipe that left you craving for more? Parmesan Cauliflower Steaks is that delicious recipe you've been wanting.
Ingredients
1 large cauliflower head, sliced lengthwise. (You will get 3-4 "steaks" - depending how large the head is)
1/4 cup good-quality olive oil
1/2 - 1 lemon, juiced (depending how much you like lemon - I would start off with the 1/2 lemon and see what flavor you like!)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Pinch of red pepper flakes, (or more depending on your taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
One tablespoon of butter per steak (usually three)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the steaks on the baking sheet.
Mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Brush the olive oil mixture on each steak. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on each slice of cauliflower, to taste.
